We share the “train of thought” that TZM has promoted for many years now. As a chapter we remain open to engaging existing systems and institutions, to bridge with sympathetic movements, and meet people at the level of understanding they are at. We encourage any activism, political, economic, social and local community effort that can help move society in the right direction; while maintaining the long term goals for holistic system change.
Los Angeles is one of the most influential cities, in the most influential state, in the most powerful country. We have the power to start conversations that echo internationally. We just need to continue to gather together, build consensus and trust through an accurate view of reality, and find opportunities to collaborate on positive change.
